Fit & Bendy Tip of the Day: If you are going to do a movement that requires the leg to be completely straight, straighten the leg and lock the knee before you begin lifting it into position. It is much harder to find pure, straight extension after the movement has already begun and you are more likely to end up with a slightly soft knee, even if you feel like you are straightening as hard as you can. Train the movements that way, every time, and it will become second nature since the muscles will know exactly where to go!
