Fit Tip: Get your Zzz! Sleep is important for you period but it’s even more important for those who want to shape/tone/grow muscle by working out. When you exercise, you tear/break down muscle fibers/tissues. Your body will then start to recover/rebuild that muscle. Adequate sleep is crucial as this is where recovery as whole is at its peak not to mention neutralizing and resetting hormones levels, etc. #staymotivated #getfit #sleep
