Fit mommy tip to help your children love veggies/fruits... I like to wash and cut up strawberries, carrots, broccoli, etc. I will even put two glasses of milk on the bottom shelf of the fridge and my babies know they can go and grab and snack whenever they want. It is the same for us, if it is easy to grab and eat, we will go for that over something that takes too long to prepare. My babies know that they can even have greek yogurt as well and my babies absolutely LOVE apples and drunk into peanut butter. Tomorrow for breakfest will be whole grain toast with peanut butter and bananas on top! I have found a peanut butter from trader joes that the ONLY ingredient is peanuts and it is GREAT tasting :) so stock up if you are near a trader joes ;)
