Fitmas Challenge #4 Full body resistance AMRAP 20 You need 2 light weights (cans, bottles) and a chair 1. Squat press 2. Push ups 3. Side lunge + front raise & curtsy lunge + lateral raise (5 each side) 4. Plank + one arm reverse flyes 5. Alternating reverse lunge + curl + press 6. Supermum pass (5 each direction) 7. Jackknife or crunches 10 reps of each exercise. Rest as little as possible. Post us how many rounds you did :-)
