Fitness Tip - When you are setting goals make sure they are realistic. Whilst it is great to have a long term goal that may seem far fetched at this moment in time it is vital that you have an action plan to get there. Stepping stones if you like. These stepping stones come in the form of short term monthly and even weekly goals. I personally set weekly short term goals every Sunday after catching up on some reading. It does not take long and it is extremely beneficial for remaining on track and accountable to your long term aspirations! A goal without an action plan is simply a dream. Plan - Act - Execute!
