To get rid of your unwanted body fat you need to do the following - *Sort out your diet *Start a progressive exercise programme *Maintain the above for a substantial period of time So stop doing a million sit ups every morning in an attempt to lose belly fat, stop with your 30 day squat challenge to lose the fat from your legs.
