Fitness Tip of the day: Lower abdominals I am constantly asked over and over how do I develop my lower abdominals. I was in the best condition of my life for my show but my abs were flat as they hit my bellybutton Unfortunately this is very very common. There is so much misinformation out there on how to correctly develop lower abdominals and thusly why so few people in particular fitness models have them.
