Fitness Tip: once again I emphasize sugar is not your friend. I went to 2 homecomings this weekend, one school and one church. I tailgated and ate black church food with desserts. I lost 2 pounds but the sugar deposited in my abs and they are not tight as the previous week. Point: continue to reduce your sugar intake, eat clean, train abs, increase cardio and your abs will slowly develop with time and consistency
