Fitness challenge - Day 1 Monday 29.12.14 Weight: 96kg Belly: six months pregnant. Butt: big to counter balance belly Motivation: high after reading Born to Run. Im secretly convinced that underneath the fatness and laziness Im an ultra marathon runner in hiding...just waiting for my chance to run down a deer... Exercise Vibram five fingers slow run in my back yard 23mins 3km Lungs were struggling but physically I felt really good afterwards. No ankle, calf or leg pain at all. Took it easy to get used to the almost barefoot running again. Happy with the session even though the fat guts were bouncing around a bit....and so was the booty! Eating was not the best. Panacotta for breakfast. Coke and chicken burger for lunch and peanut butter toast for dinner.... Only one litre of water and two lattes with condensed milk. Hey...its only day one!
