Fitness in General: Running, walking, gardening – it’s all good. Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and well-being. Exercise burns fat, builds muscle, lowers cholesterol, eases stress and anxiety, let’s us sleep restfully. Outdoor Fitness Sessions: Group fitness is a fun and effective way to maintain and improve your health. All group fitness classes are suited to all fitness levels to ensure that each participant has the ability to set and meet their individual fitness goals. Don’t be left to workout by yourself, join a group and have some fun. For the Month of September, Outdoor Fitness Sessions will be run on Mondays at 3:45pm until 4:45pm. These sessions are at Tresylva Park, Gladstone. Please bring a water bottle and a towel. Cost is $10 per person. Evening sessions will be coming soon. Personal Training Sessions: A Personal Trainer is a fitness professional they motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their clients strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. I offer affordable sessions.
