Fitness is not defined solely on quantity. It is not how many days a week you workout, how many miles you run or classes you do or amount of weight you lift. Fitness is about doing it well and doing it consistently. It is about optimal functioning in all planes of the body, joints, and ALL muscles and living as pain free as possibly on a daily basis. Fitness is not walking into the gym and then feeling like you can barely walk out nor is it feeling defeated when you are done. Fitness builds you up and leaves you feeling better then you did when you started physically and emotionally. Fitness is physical, emotional, spiritual and social! Go for it!
