Fitness tip After you have hit your shoulders with some big isolated lifts like shoulder press,front raise, lat raise & arnold press I love to push through 4-5 sets of high reps ( 15-20 ) Push Press to continue to hit shoulders but also to bring in the rest of my body. By creating the small explosive movement at the end of your workout it will test not just your strength & power but the ability to up your co-ordination skills when fatigue kicks in. Your core is key, brace & stand tall. If you let the bar go behind your head at the top you will start to create lower back issues so lock out straight above head.
