Fitness tip of the day:- If you have young children you need to realise that you are being compromised. You may not be getting adequate sleep, your schedule may be chaotic and you have sickness around you more than other people. These things play a big part in your recovery and ability to perform. This doesnt mean you shouldnt do anything it just means that you need to prioritise all the aspects of recovery you can control. Eat well. Make the most of the sleep you do get, mobilise and most of all be a good example, there is no need to go to extremes just be consistent with everything!
