Five am wake up alarm. While I wait for my new crop Papua New Guinea to brew, I spend a few minutes playing with my crew. A long day ahead helping two of my favorite people celebrate their union in a sylvan setting will be incredibly satisfying. Mitch has been cooking up a storm at the B and O Station and preparing to officiate at their wedding ceremony. When we called our business Friends, we had no idea that it would be so appropriate. Weve gained so many these past years. It is an embarrassment of riches. Thank you to the Arroyo family for the use of their lovely facility; to Missy Gorby from Hillcrest Foodservice; Ross Fowler for his assistance in the kitchen and to our staffers Valerie and Heather for holding down the fort this weekend. Judson and Genevieve. This ones for you kids. Let the party begin! patricia
