Add up those five minutes every day and you will be amazed at the impact those compounded five minutes can make! Heres a little circuit (that is even cubicle-friendly) for this Friday afternoon. If youre at work and in Wisconsin, you are probably wearing your Packer gear anyway so you are dressed appropriately for this work out. Set your timer for 5 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can of 20 repetitions these 3 exercises. 1. pledge plank (regression would be on knees) - 10 each side. 2. in-out squat (regression would be to eliminate the hop and step in and out). 3. the dead bug (regression is bent knee hip extension instead of leg lower) - 10 each side. Go! And grab your co-worker, friend, child, parent, neighbor or stranger to join you.
