Five observations from my visit to the NYS yesterday. 1. Middlesborough are a quality side and will be in top 2 or 3 this season. 2. We can compete at this level but every player needs to be switched on 3. The referee was so inconsistent - 1, 2, 3, 4 count to the middlesboro player and no card then books on ours for first challenge was a classic example, high kick on Revell another 4. It was never a sending off in this wide world - terrible call from linesman. Robbed 11,500 people of a decent game 5. Matt Derbyshire - sooooo frustrating!!!!
