Five years ago I lost my only sibling, my younger brother Aniyan. I still have not gotten over the loss. Aniyan and I were less than two years apart and we grew up together as friends at Ottapalam after the early loss of our mother. Later on even though we lived mile and continents apart and communications between us were infrequent, there was an unseen unwritten bond of mutual love and respect between us. My only regret is that we did not spent more time together in our later years. Aniya- where ever you are, be happy- we all love you and miss you. To everyone out there- Spend more time with your loved ones- by physical visits, phone calls, facetime, Email. Dont give cause for regret later on. A friend of mine recently told me his son calls him twice a day from England.
