Five years ago today I was in San Francisco with a group of strangers all bound for the adventure of a life time; we were nervous, excited, and woefully unprepared for what would come in the following weeks, months, and years, but we were eager and willing. Five years ago today I was spending my last few hours on American soil, preparing for what would be the most influential and heartbreaking experience of my still short life--Peace Corps service in Cambodia, my second home. Every day that goes by I miss my second home, and my family, more and more. My heart beats and yearns for the day I can return, but until my immune system decides to, you know..exist..my wings are clipped. ខ្ញុំនឹកអ្នកប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ខ្ញុំនឹងស្រឡាញ់អ្នកជានិច្ច។
