In West Virginia, Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Pleasants, Pocahontas, Putnam, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wirt And Wood. * From 2 PM EDT This Afternoon Through Sunday Afternoon *a Frontal System Will Slowly Sag South Today And Tonight Into Northern Portions Of The Area. The Slow Movement Of The Front, High Moisture Content, Saturated Soils With Low Flash Flood Guidance Values, Spell A Good Chance For Flooding Problems Across Extreme Southeast Ohio And The Northern Half Of West Virginia From This Afternoon Through Sunday Morning. Thunderstorms Could Easily Produce A Quick Inch Or Two In A Short Period Of Time. The Best Chance Of Flooding Problems This Afternoon Will Initially Be Across The North, Then Sinking Southward Into Central Portions Of West Virginia Tonight And Sunday.
