Flash has completed Chelmsfords first ever marathon! No injuries along the way but lots of pain & leg cramp from 15miles onwards. Still managed to sprint the last 0.2miles. Done it in 6hrs 16mins! And with Arthritis of the knees!!! (not to mention everywhere else) So so so proud of him! He said he cant imagine he will ever put his body through it again, but is happy he has raised money for a good cause & ticked it off the bucket list.
