Flashback 2014 by Simarleen Singh 😊😊 JANUARY: Yea its the first month of the year (everybody knows 😅😅) But this month is a special month because every year the calendar starts with the Marriage anniversary of my Mom and Dad (yes it is 1st January) that we use to celebrate in Gurdwara Sahib every year. I remember one special moment from this month.. that is Harinder Singhs Birthday. We planned a surprise birthday party for him by inviting his cousin Deep Singh to join us in our master plan (well it was not any master plan). Well we gave surprise to him and special makeup team was there so that he could look more beautiful. The type of make up was cream makeup and was done by Bravy and his cousin Deep. On that day we created a lot of mess. FEBRUARY: Anything I could remember from this month is Manjeet Mams Farewell Party. Officially it was not farewell party because she had taken 6 months leave and after 6 months our batch wont be there because we all were passing out within couple of months. Our all classmates contributed for the party and with our teamwork we made all the arrangements very quickly and made this day very memorable for all of us. At the end most of us was bit imotional. Oh! How could I forget our Sketch ArtNaveendeep Singhinghingh, believe me hes very good in sketching and I remember the sketch that he made for Manjeet Mam as a farewell gift that was awesome bro. Well one more thing I liked the most about this month is that on 20th of feb my besSïmî RV Kà ürKà ür was born. MARCH: Yay!! Its my birthday month. But I never had any exciting birthday party. This time I was attending Job Fair at CT College, Jalandhar.So I didnt had any birthday celebrations. April: Its the worst month of the year. Whole month we were planning for college trip. Firstly it was too hard for us to convince teachers for arranging a trip for us. When the teachers got convinced then the students back steped from their words by making different excuses. After convincing whole class the Principal gave different excuses discarded our proposal. This whole thing happened couple of times and at the end we were going nowhere. The lists we had made was of no use now. The money that we had collected was returned and this topic was permanently closed. MAY: Project submission month and none of us had finished our project. A lot of extensions was taken by all of us by the project was not getting finished. By hook or crook many of us finished our project. The project was not only the problem, project report file was even bigger than that. By following various standards the project report was made but there was always a mistake because of that the project report file gets discarded and we had to make project file again and again. In the last week of months final exams started and as usual I got sick in between the exams. JUNE: Well this month started wirh the exams which ended up in the middle of the month. The day we had our last practical exam the teachers contribed and gave us a warm farewell party ( warm because it was too hot on that day and ACs were also not working). We had a lot of fun with teachers on thGursehaj Vir Singh SainiaSwaranjit SinghiSukhchain JhamJhamhain sang songs. We also had an suggestion session. The teachers gave us motivational speech so that we should always stay on right path and keep moving on. This month I had a very special meeting with my bestie Ravleen aka Simi RV Kaur. We both were very excited because we were meeting each other after 6 months. We had a long conversation on the contrary on demand photoshoot of Ravleen was done by me and the results was speechless. JULY: Had a very bad start of this month. Had to road trip to Manali without the permission of my Mom and Dad. Due to which I had a very bad feeling in my heart didnt enjoyed the trip. I regretted for my mistake but my parents was not in a mood to forgive me. I tried my level best to convince them to forgive me and it took whole week. After couple of days from that incident the result of 6th sem was declared. Most of was happy with marks but some of them was unhappy not because they got bad marks, just because they didnt got percentage in 80s. But I was happy what I had got because I didnt expected nothing. Well i didnt had a good start of this month but the ending was quite good because mom and dad planned a 10 days trip to Hazur Sahib. This trip was quite memorable and had a great tiPanthpreet SinghiPreetmohan Singhinghohan Avreet Asneh Uncle and Aunty. One more special thing about this trip was that I had caputured each and every person in my camera that I had met during the whole trip. AUGUST: On 3rd of August I returned from Hazur Sahib and had a 2 days rest. As the college was now over, my parents finally agreed to buy me a smartphone that was not allowed earlier and was without smartphone from last 1 year. My Dad bought me an Apple iPhone and was feeling like out of the world😊😊. But this happiness did not last long, I got some problem with Shruti Jain and started ignoring and didnt talked to her for couple of weeks. SEPTEMBER: This is a Birthday month. The month starRamanjot Singh Singh Singhs Birthday Jags MangatMangatMangat after that Bravy Sandhu then Gauravjeet Singh and Shruti Jain (Gaurav and Shruti shares their birthday with each other). We all planned to give advance surprise to Bravy and Gaurav. For thDaman Batra Batra Batra to our plan. By somehow Gaurav got to know our plan and ruined all the excitement for himself. And hAmitoj Singh Singh with snow spray. Huh! I dont like it. The party popper and snow spray is good for fun but its very bad for cake. The ribbons of party popper was sticked on cake and the taste of cake was detergent (snow sprays are made by the using detergents). We tried to clean the cake by napkins but was unsuccessful. Everyone became victim of snow spray and the main attacker was Raman. The best part was the cake makeup of everyone ( but I was safe 😉😉). After the birthday celebration we had random photoshoot aInderpreet Singhet Singhet Singh. Actually this is The Chim Pops month. Its not all, my lil brother Surleen also had its birthday in this month. We all celebrated his birthday by visiting Grandma and had a little get together there. Ahh! I forget about the awesome pHarjot KaurjoKamal KaurmaAlley JalandharilandhKamal Deepmal Deepmal Deep OCTOBER: Harry JayarBahadar Singhar Singh Bahadar, Me and my lil brother Surleen went to Delhi. We all had a great time there. Dont remember the Delhi trip fully but I remember the awesome photos that I had clicked there. On the occasion of my younger sisters birthday we volunteered a Kirtan Smagam in Gurdwara. Thanks Bahadar Singh for coming to my place and helped us a lot for making all arrangements. On Diwali I visited Bahadars place and celebrated Green Diwali there. We both caputured the sky decorated with fire crackers in our camera. I apologised from Shruti for being so rude to her and ignoring her from long time through an appology message. And She forgived me 😀😀. NOVEMBER: The mini heart attack given by the board, the exam that was scheduled on 17th November was rescheduled to 7th November and I was like what the hell, the board are gone mad. And fully convinced myself that m not going to clear this exam. On the otherside the question paper was so easy and the examiner was so lenient that the whole examination hall had discussion with each other and the examiner didnt said a woAman Malhotran Malhotra the serious girl had her birthday on 4th November. She didnt want to take any thing as a birthday gift from me, So I wrote a huge senseless message wishing her Happy Birthday and promised that Ill never let her smiling face down. One more day I remember from this month is Atharva Day. LUG organised Techno Fun event in Atharva 2K14. The team work of whole LUG team was appreciateable. DECEMBER: I wrote the Flashback 2014 describing all the memories year 2014 that I remember. Sorry if I forget anyone. From last few days I am very excited to attend the Marriage of dearest Friend and I am still confused what should I gift her on her marriage.
