Flashback Friday Story: Dude...shes out of our league! It was the spring semester of 2004. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in the fall of 2003. I was contacted by the Department of Fine Arts to see if I was interested in having a solo art show in the LSC Gallery on campus. As a recent fine arts graduate, I gladly accepted! I was displaying 20 works of art, so I contacted my buddy Joe to assist me with setting up my show. While setting up the show, Joe excitedly said, Hey Kent, check out that girl in the bookstore...the girl working behind the checkout counter...shes HOT!!! I was completely in my Art Zone, so to appease Joe I took a quick glance. Dude, I know her. Her name is Kelsey; we met last fall. Forget about it man, she is a sorority chick and WAY out of our league! Fast forward 10 years later...that hot sorority chick and I have a beautiful family together!
