Flashy Teeny Gingered Swan pictures taken a bit late so the flash was kicking in and adding color where it is normally washed out from the sun. We have not even oiled yet but the colors of the milk paint that will come out even more, are showing almost as if they were already oiled. The railing is all in and the only things left are painting, oiling, and details on the outside. Then to the inside where I have to something really new and different for a stairwell and an upstairs area, as well as the cabinets for the downstairs living area, all 88 sf of it. So this all comes apart, as in posts and ginger bread off and then the triangle out of the roof, which will fold down on the front and the side. The porch floor will unbolt and pull away. Then on the path to its new home and hopefully still here long after i am gone. I hope to have this for people to stay in overnight soon, but we will see what happens between now and then. Someone just might buy it for in the villages and it may never have many guests after all. Or, if you can imagine, this is an example of how $50,000 in the retirement savings account makes 1% or $500 per year but, this house if you bought it on my 7 year village test grounds program with a guaranteed buyback at the end and it would earn you $450 per month net after we managed it, maintained it, and paid the taxes for you. If you decided to stay in it you would reduce the monthly income but otherwise, this beats a CD, 401K, or any other piece of paper I have seen for a retirement plan. Imagine this waiting for you in a tiny village for when you just had to skip the income and get away for a week or two one month. Best of all, after you benefit from the depreciation, 7 years from now, I will buy it back for the full price you paid this year, and you get to keep all the income from it while you owned it. What a deal. Darby
