This recently renovated apartment is located in bustling District VII while still retaining an environment for quiet enjoyment due to being on the inside of a city-designated historical building. Furnished (all purchased last year) in modern-retro style, with IKEA furniture, mirrors, and a good sized double bed, new big pull-out couch, and some antique items such as Vinyl player. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash-basin with a mirrored cabinet for toiletries. You find all the necessary the bed-linen and towels in the flat. The apartment is situated in the very heart of Pest, 5 min walking to Blaha Luiza (metro station, public buses, tramway),surrounded by restaurants, cafes such as the famous New York cafe, many shops, and near all major universities (15 min walk to CEU). It also sits directly across from beautiful Klauzal park in which there are basketball courts, football courts and a dog park for those with dogs. In the opposite direction you can also reach the Great Boulvard, Astoria square (metro, tramways running day and night). As previously noted, despite its central location, the apartment is tucked away from the bustle of the city on the first floor in the buildings central courtyard. The house is located in the Jewish District which is filled with numerous sites of historical significance. Within a short 5 to 10 minute walking distance, you can easily reach the Ruin Pubs of the district, Szimpla being the most well known, and the biggest Synagogue in Europe. Likewise, the grand Hungarian Opera House along with various big name clothing outlets and grand cafes, located on the main thoroughfare of Andrassy, is a 5 minute walk from the flat. Incoming students for next academic years are welcome, preferred long term (one-two year, but negotiable if less). The deposit will be two months rent.
