“Flattery makes friends, but truth makes enemies.”—Spanish Proverb. It is amazing how true that proverb is. People love flattery (insincere or excessive praise or a pleasing self-deception) - I know because I married (divorced) someone that fits that the world is his stage (they dont have to know him, they just have to like the image he wants people to see) just like politicians. I am not a member of the Tea Party - in fact, because of the RINOs I wouldnt even think of changing my affiliation because at this point in time you cannot tell the difference between RINOs and Liberals except they have different methods to achieve the same underhanded results. You wonder how low they (RINOs/ Liberals) can go with the back-stabbing & lies (or half-truths) to get what they want, deception and deceit has no conscious and the only thought is to win regardless of what it does to America. RINOs are like liberals, they lie, cheat, and deal with liberals, which fragments the party and the voters. I actually think at this point if they were not part of the GOP I might change my mind. I believe that the tea party are by concept true conservatives. Are they perfect, answer is no but do they lie/cheat like the rest of them (for the most part), the answer is no. But we all know that there is a small faction of good in the Republican and/or Democratic Party there is a small faction of bad in the tea party concept. Some might argue, but the Tea Party in not a group its a thought and/or /idea to preserve this once great nation. If the Tea Party can consolidate their base, use strategy to out thing the power base by anticipating and neutering these outlandish lies and claims before they can make them they should be able to take over the GOP and muzzle the troublemakers who are the current power base.. If necessary, something that wouldnt be expected, but to dig up all the real dirt (not false narratives) that can be substantiated on these power hungry, entrenched, crooks that are the Achilles heel of the GOP and fill that trench with their own misdeeds. Its highly unlikely they havent been there as long as they have without breaking lots of rules and maybe laws. As it is quoted that Albert Einstein said: A foolish faith in authority is the worst enemy of the truth. It is long overdue to demand truth from these politicians. Its time they, the liberals and progressives, are thrown out of Washington and out of a job!
