Flew #TigerAir from Chennai to Manila with an 8 hour transit at Singapore. I paid for the Airport Transfer service which ensures that my checked in luggage will be transferred to my connecting flight. Well guess what? Landed in Manila without my baggage. The best part is #TigerAir #Chennai confirmed that my bag was loaded while #TigerAir #Singapore shows no record of my bag in their system. Hoping that it is sent on the next flight to Manila but that hasnt happened either. Why offer a service like airport transfer for baggage and make people pay for it when there is zilch service? If theres anyone who can help me, please get in touch.
