Flexibility, genetically and practically and in all structures, - TopicsExpress

Flexibility, genetically and practically and in all structures, has always won out over stubbornness. Stubbornness arises out of necessity to keep what flexibility brings. The turtle with the hardest shell, lived. Because it was less easy for it to be preyed upon. Stubborn, but it flexed to be able to have that shell in the first place and will die if the shell becomes useless. Unless it becomes flexible again. This concept translate rather directly to houses built in earthquake areas. We learned to build them with flexing supports, they bend. The older houses crumble. This very same concept can be applied to any government of any kind. Flexibility rules, stubborn moves in and takes a turn, and then flexibility, but the flexibility overrides the static, a better word here than stubborn, because flexibility had to occur for the two to flip flop. Its a two part harmony where one note plays continuously and the other is silent at times Flex ______________ Stub- - - - - - - - - - - Work structures take a que from this model as well. Companies are not dissimilar to human lives, they are comparable by their distinguished personalities, their complexness, and unique characters. AND their need for overriding flexibility and some dash or stubbornness. But its a faux static or stubborn aspect because it only appears that way. It is entirely temporal. Tempo. Time. Quasi stubbornness. Think of it as learning a way to do something, but you can never do it exactly the same, precisely the same, every time or any of the times you do it. The outcome cannot be manipulate perfectly. Control does not exist. You cannot manipulate every variable of every situation physically or mentally in its entirety. You know that everything effects everything like raindrops on a pond. And can you control everything? No. You cannot. If you do try, either you will be fooled by your own hand in the equation, or you will fail believing that it is still possible and attempted in an effort to achieve the delusion of the previous possibility. Or, you will fail and realize the pointlessness of trying to master something. Either way. Lack of control is better understood by metaphors. And is better applied to all of this gazoo. If you are dying, which we all are in one degree or another, I suggest you tap into that well of understanding that the idea of your own ( and timely and good ) death can bring or the fear ( of its painful and not so timely occurrence ) brings. Because if the greatest psychological fear can be turned around on itself and create bliss, that might be the strongest weapon in our arsenals against any other fear. Make the big monster your friend, and he takes care of the little monsters. Outside of your mind... Death does not exist Welcome to the free... Zzzz
