Flexible Dieting has been around for a long time, and some people - TopicsExpress

Flexible Dieting has been around for a long time, and some people have a tendency to misrepresent what it really is. It is not just pounding crazy foods down your throat to reach an allowance. And I think its reached a point where there is a difference between flexible dieting and IIFYM if we base if off what we see and not what we know. Flexible dieting is really a method of dieting where you dont eat the same bland foods day in and day out IF you dont want to. If you had tilapia one day and decide to eat steak the next day then there are no worries if its done right. IIFYM has grown to be understood as just grabbing random Twinkies or anything else IF it fits your macros only because thats what people see. Flexible dieting can be adjusted for diabetics, people experiencing hypertension, deficiencies and disorders. IIFYM cannot because the idea is...eat what the hell you want as long as it fits your macros. Only in the caloric sense is a carb a carb and a fat a fat. Dont be mislead by the jackassery. FYI. I welcome all responses, but I will be just a respectful and professional as you are.
