Flooding at Wilson Siding is creating headaches for property owner Randy Marose and his neighbor. It has also shutdown the access road to LA Grain, a company that is located just off the highway. Marose has been flooded before, and says the County hasnt done enough to correct drainage problems in the area. Insurance doesnt cover overland flooding, and Marose says he now has Lakefront property, that no one wants to buy.
