Floor Accents in Highland Village has been the rudest most unprofessional group we have ever come across. They promised to install a floor to match the existing floor. Instead they installed a different wood different color different finish! Marco the owner -said it looked terrible as well as others who have looked at it. Marco wanted to test the wrong wood to see if he could get the clear coat to match- the wood was wrong in the first place -after sanding it down and two more colors -a total of four different looks in our home. It does not match! We suggested he got the correct wood and reimstall but asked for him to show us a sample before he installs -he didnt think he could and said he would return our money so we could find an installer that could match the floor--that should be possible-- now after three months he now wants to take the wood out before he returns our money - seven months if this kinda of promises and lies has gotten ridiculous! I care about the businesses in town and how they treat us- i can only warn others that these guys are extremely unprofessional and unethical - He had no intention of matching nor wanting to correct his mistake!
