Flores says that the poll body should drop the bidding and just give the repair job to Smartmatic. What nerve Flores has to blackmail the Comelec and the Filipino people. But why does the Comelec take this threat sitting down, again considering the fact that even for the 2010 presidential polls? Smatmatic committed too many breaches that to this day have not been explained to the satisfaction of the Filipino people. All the records show that Jarlech is not a subsidiary of Smartmatic, and even the source code does not belong to them, apart from which, positive proof has been shown that massive fraud occurred in previous automated polls using the PCOS that moreover has no safety features to block fraud — no paper trail and votes can be transmitted through fraud, coming from another PCOS machine. Comelec should just drop Smartmatic and lease a new machines in election technology, rather than have the Comelec cheating syndicate and Smartmatic screw the electorate again.
