Florida: What a gorgeous warm day! The perfect pool day. I did my exercises in the pool under the guidance of my father. I can now, full on, retract and kick my left leg at the hip...stomp, if you will, without gravity. Bend the knee, straighten the leg, the whole shebang! Not so much with the right. Mom turned 72 today. She still looks amazing! After dinner I looked up and saw the Big Dipper, two shooting stars and what I think was a satellite moving across the night sky! Must remember to look up more often.
