Flour Bluff is a different world sometimes. There were homeless people living behind the old Walmart, and when Fallas bought the building the company left them alone. The area became a dumping ground for mattresses, and old sofas, etc. And the homeless woman who lived there, among one or 2 others, would scrounge around and collect enough stuff to make a bedroom inside the storage fenced areas. Alas, a sad ending to the story. Code Compliance issued a ticket to Fallas and they had no choice but to bulldoze the places of refuge.
