Flows are up a bit on the tailwater today but we are stilling urging folks to fish elsewhere until water temperatures start to drop. This could happen in as little as a week or two but no later than mid September. The good news is that the upper Ark, from Parkdale all the way up to the headwaters, is in much better shape. Water clarity has been great the past week and the upper river is seeing a wide array of hatches along with the usual late summer terrestrials. Dries and Dry/dropper rigs are producing good action most of the day. Streamers are working as well and will only get better as we move into September. Tightlines!
