Fluid fill station Completion of a new 8 pump fluid fill station for Caterpillar NI. We have designed, built and installed this this batch control system for accurate dispense values of assembly fluids such as hydraulic oils, antifreeze, Add blue, and diesel this system can be programmed and deliver an accurate value of either fluid - leak free. The system also has an inline electronic particle counter for the hydraulic lines, to ensure compatibility with current application standards- with constant monitoring throughout the delivery process. With an air operated pump design - only a single phase 240v supply is required for the keypad controller and particle counter- minimal power consumption is required.
