Fly Me to the Moon. Whilst considering the various options for my original book, ‘Genesis and the Rahab Conspiracy’, I came across a Christian publishing house who agreed to read it. Unfortunately, the subject matter didn’t meet their criteria, which was probably just a polite way of saying they wouldn’t endorse a topic of such controversial nature. However, they did make a suggestion, for if I were to re-write it as a sci-fi novel, provided it was well written, they believed that it would be marketable and appeal to a wider readership. Initially I was somewhat disappointed, and in truth a little disgruntled. A sci-fi novel indeed! However, as I gave it more consideration, I realised how a novel could actually provide an indirect means of raising awareness of an upcoming situation, which I fear will challenge our concept of reality. Visualize a time when the foundation of all that we’ve been taught with regards to the history of man and the Earth is overturned, and understand that the established religions, the sciences, and the National Curriculum will be faced with a major problem. There are many, even within the church, that believe evolution is a scientific fact, but are unaware that even amongst their fellows, the feasibility of Darwin’s Theory is rapidly disintegrating and disappearing down the plug-hole. Yet as it vanishes, another rises to replace it. This fast growing new theory no longer teaches that modern man’s ancestors once came down from the trees, but that they once came down from the stars. With this new teaching in mind, and of course if I’m correct about the challenge that lies ahead, then without a right understanding, the consequence for not only the traditional Creationist, but also the traditional Evolutionist, could be very dire indeed. More than that, as drastic as it may sound, it will affect each and every person alive to one degree or another. youtube/watch?v=O6ggirhnTm4
