Fly on the wall! While I am doing the more advanced option PiYo has a modifier as well. Strength and flexibility are key to avoiding aches and pains as we get older. When I dont work out I feel it. I have a torn rotator cuff in one arm (that needs surgery or so Ive been told, lol), sciatic problems, and a slight hip displacement. I did not get here over night. I have worked at it and gotten better. No excuses from this girl b/c I refuse for my norm to be in pain or discomfort on a regular.
