Fly past an officer..... He whips a u turn..... I just pull over because I can see it coming.... He puts the lights on and pulls up behind me...Me: ok officer how fast was I going.... Him: clocked you at 60 in a 45. Can I see your drivers license? Me: (digging on my purse... Cant find Em) sorry I cant seem to find them.... But can I ask if you feel like being nice on a Friday to a girl who was just happy to be leaving work at a decent hour for once? (Systems went down at work.... I had wanted to work late) I was just so happy to have an excuse to go home early for once.... Him: can I see your insurance proof? Me: (digs in purse...cant find) sorry cant find that either.... But again could you please be kind to me.... Its Friday..... Him: Ill be back ..... (10 minutes later) him: you know your plates are expired ? Me: WHAT? (I had no idea.... How did I miss that? Im in big trouble now) Him: get all this taken care of Marni ... And have a good weekend.... Me: bless your heart Ill go take care of this stuff online.... I had no idea wow... Feeling lucky that could have been 3 tickets....
