Flying over Athens today I express my thoughts. There is always someone higher than you. Executive, manager, director or even owner. Somewhere someone is always higher than you so why try to accomplish the impossible. Instead lets focus on becoming a better you. Dont try to be better than a colleague or rival company. Apply focus, determination, surge and flex on improving what you do and who you are. In fitness you are trying to be a better you not a natural competitor. That is the true way to success. The thought of battle excites us or fears us, you decide, deliver what you can the best you can and when you call for the rain it will be the colour you wish. Stand and deliver you are you, by making you better you will become YOUR best, more achieve able than THE best.
