Focusing on self at the expense of others is the only description of the word selfishness. Focusing on self in the pursuit of your self-realization and evolvement, making you a better person in the contribution and generosity of others is selflessness. Allowing yourself time and space to release within you, what does not serve your highest values or purpose, you recognize your divine integration, your interconnectedness to all. From here is the understanding there is no lack, there is no separation, there is wholeness and completeness in the instantaneous expression of pure love. :) edelomahony
