Focusing on the phenomenon; that ARTS subjects have caused UNEMPLOYMENT...!!! Wow..!!! This is a great pity.! sob sob for our Nation. Power as per now lies solely on decisions. My query is 1)- Why not stop THE TEACHING of ARTS SUBJECTS in schools...??? 2)-Are there any measures put in place to enhance SCIENCES...??? 3)-How have ARTS subjects caused UNEMPLOYMENT...??? 4)-Are all ARTS graduates not employed...??? It is the time NCDC eliminates Humanities and ARTS subjects if they have been proven to be a hindrance to obtaining jobs in Uganda. We have observed that sciences are extremely vital, but are there any sensible ventures that provide jobs to SCIENTISTS ...??? Apart from the shoddy Investors factories that manufacture biscuits, chips and sausages in three star hotels, super dip and quencher juice factories in line with unboiled contaminated mineral water processing plants that cause land eviction to provide them with space. What difference do these make from local sigiri Chapati seller and Kanyama / sausage skewing personnel ??? I wonder what scientific expertise is needed to run such Substandard production units. Now that it has come to the attention of the bigwigs, am looking forward to seeing smart sensible industries and factories set up to boost job intensification so as to accommodate our SCIENTISTS: Engineers, Chemists, Biologists Medical technicians etc. Lets hope to see Aviation and aeronautics assembly and manufacturing plants, Mechanical divisions manufacturing cars, motorbikes, bikes, generators, machines and spare parts, not forgetting tractors and advanced extensively mechanized broad based food production and processing units. Emphasis on Fuel mining from processing crude oil into petrol, diesel, aviation fuel, kerosene, ethanol to plastic and bitumen with tar.... Sensible factories.. !!! Scientifically enhanced school laboratories will be stocked with practically sound material to produce fully qualified SCIENTISTS. So before the nation curses ARTS graduates who mastered Napoleon, Language, Philosophy, Sociology, Linguistics, Political plus Military science, Law with so many Organizational, Administrative, Communication and Teaching skills, let it beef up
