Fog, low clouds, and a few sprinkles showed up this morning in the Wiregrass, but the afternoon has turned out fantastic with lots of sunshine, only a few clouds and temps in the mid 80s. The evening will clear out and temps will drop but stay above average, in the upper 50s. However, the humidity wont be as high and fog wont be a problem for most of the area, besides the FL Panhandle. The weekend is going to be awesome with a dry Saturday and just an isolated shower for Sunday. Highs on Saturday will be in the mid 80s, with a few upper 80s mixed in. Expect lots of sunshine and lower humidity for the day. Sunday morning will start with lows in the low 60s with a bit more humidity. Clouds will be more prevalent, but highs will still rise to the upper 80s. More upper 80s and possibly a few 90° readings for Monday afternoon with only tiny rain chances. The Tuesday-Wednesday forecast is still up in the air a bit, however were pinpointing late Tuesday and Wednesday for rain chances and possibly some thunderstorms. What we are fairly certain of is a severe weather producing system that will move through the Midwest this weekend and moving into the Deep South by Monday and Tuesday. It looks like the energy needed to produce this severe weather will stay to our north by Wednesday, but we will have to monitor the situation closely by early next week.
