Folks, I am back from an fun time in Switerland thanks to you all here with me. The trip was courtesy of Lanterra Developments builder of the Britt on Bay St and most recently launched 11 Wellesley which is now 90 percent sold since day 1 launch May 18. Here are the highlights of the trip. 1. The next site that will see my focus is Treviso phase 3 at Dufferin and Lawrence, you will find more info here at georgekozaris/treviso The suggestions on the table for the builder to consider is a rental program for units as we have seen meet a lot of success at the Britt condos, investors want to consider this site as in my opinion is the best value in the GTA with one bedrooms with a parking spot included from the $230,000s. I will confirm what if any rental program will be finalized but this is in the very early stages of planning and maybe turned down and never come to market, its just a suggestion at this point. 2. 501 Yonge st condos will most likely come to market late 2014 early 2015. This is a Yonge St address on the east side of Yonge and will have 54 and 22 storey towers. 3. 243 Simcoe st was purchased by Lanterra in May for approx. $50 million coming from my sources not the builder. This is an exciting address as it is close to University and Dundas but will most like not come to market for a least a year or 1.5 yrs. As many of you have also embraced my friendship I would like to also highlight a personal purchase that may be of interest to you suit lovers. I am truly grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to wear a Tom Ford 3 piece suit only available in select boutiques throughout the world.
