Folks, I pulled down a post I did with these accompanying pictures of my Buluk brothers in an area called 18 in Sandema.. In the said post I made misrepresentations including the fact that the youth were playing games on a working day and at working hours. My brothers from Sandema drew my attention to the fact that I took those pictures on a Saturday. My records prove I actually took the pictures at the games on a Saturday. Most of these young men are workers and could therefore not have been playing games on a Saturday at working hours. As a renowned journalists and a proud Bulsa, am trained to apologize when I give false reports. And so in the spirit of Article 9 and 10 of the Code of ethics of journalism, I wish to render an unqualified apology to my brothers, their friends and relatives who may have been offended by the post. I didnt intend evil but a course to fight for jobs and decent life styles for my brothers from Buluk. I sincerely hope that, this apology or rejoinder will sooth the pain and hurt coursed by my misrepresentation. Thats the way it goes in journalism. Once a Bulsa, a Bulsa for life. I cant cut my nose to spite my face. I will do anything anytime to serve my people in Buluk. To those who took the pain to call and to listen to my explanation, I say thanks. Thats the Buluk spirit. We are not hypocrites and thats how together, we can build Buluk. Once again, am most grateful. Speak Up. Buluk Must Rise.
