Folks... I think Ive been screwed over by your sales team. Ive been on a T-Mobile SIM only plan since mid January, before your website was updated it said that so long as I was at least 60 days into my contract I could migrate to EE so I called on Tuesday and after nearly 40 minutes on the phone was told that despite what the website said this was not possible. I visited an EE store yesterday who told me it WAS possible and have also since read on your online community that it should have been possible. I was going to follow up today but have noticed all the pages Id referred to have disappeared and I now apparently have to wait until July. I am not happy!
