Folks, It really irritates the crap-out-of me when someone gives a very simplistic fix... Then it just DONT work. Like stretching the ileocecal valve and the Houston valve for constipation and for bowel-stoppage. Just doing that NEVER works!!! NEVER! But, If you do that type of stretching AFTER doing a few other things it HELPS the flow start up again. The ileocecal value is part of a valuable process and NOT the whole of the process. Is this making sense? Just doing it alone is totally worthless. PERIOD! [Ive known this simple-ileocecal-drill did not work for 18 years...but Ive kept my mouth shut because I did NOT want to rock the boat. Now Im just disgusted. I always want to share with you folks information that WORKS! Fair?] So, What specifically does work? What actually HELPS to re-establish regularity? Let me tell you about Donna. She is a person that normally has 3 bowel movements a day. She got sick, got constipated, went to a practitioner and told me, My guts seem stopped up...Ive done the Ileocecal valve every day, 5 times a day, and I dont even fart. I feel like Im going to explode, or barf up poop! Then she started crying because she was so ashamed that she felt shed been lied to by that other practitioner. She had NOT been lied to. The practitioner was just teaching what shed been taught. So I had her: 1. Drink warm water with lemon juice in it after getting out of bed. 2. Jump on a rebounder for 3 minutes [she had to sit to do this because she was so weak] 3. Natural prune juice twice a day. 1/3 prune juice, the other 2/3 hot water. 4. And add to the above AFTER doing the above, THEN massage open the ileocecal valve and the Houston valve. The next day she had such a HUGE poop that she felt like she was having a baby. If that had not worked I would of then had her do an Edgar Cayce castor oil pack. That Castor Oil Pack seems to always work. Questions? Comments?
