In the meantime, what is being done by the Phil Govt to reorganize the MRT to make it more responsive to the citizenry? How about increasing the coaches so that more passengers can be accommodated per trip? Did not Inekon win the bid to supply more coaches? Why has there been no delivery? Hhhmmm... Where there is smoke, there is fire... On this delay of the delivery of MRT coaches alone, which has caused so much inconvenience to the riding public in Metro Manila, the management of the MRT ought already to be rapped, reorganized and disciplined very severely, without prejudice to future actions that will be undertaken as a result of the investigation sparked by the complaint of the Czech ambassador. I pity the situation of the Manila commuters using the MRT system. Folks, the problem cannot be solved by declaring Czech Ambassador Rychtar persona non grata. Unhappy... Hihihi... Persona non grata... Hahaha... In my humble opinion, HE IS NOT non grata. This is a kind of response that can only come from a benighted and unrepentant government. Threats and blame on others. Why doesnt the PNoy administration look inside its own camp and clean up? In particular, why doesnt it look into the reasons why, until now, despite the winning bid, there has been no delivery of coaches from Inekon?
