I have worked in Telecom/ISP/IT for 30 years. I am one of those crazys that worked for MCI in the early days. We fought for equal access and an alternative to a monopoly. I have always said that everything the Telecom/Internet is today is because of MCI.If it werent for MCI all we would have is ATT. We showed that competition could work in what everyone thought had to be a monopoly. We are f...ked if this passes. This is not a Right or Left political issue. This is a complete effing power play on the part of the ISPs. Speak your voice and exercise Democracy. I strongly suggest you watch the 13 minute video. Youll be a smarter commentator.
