Folks, a serious post. I just went outside and could hear screaming. A woman shouting a name followed with please! No! ....over and over. Wasnt in my specific area, but close proximity to where I could hear the screams of plea. I had zero idea what was going on. I called 911, gave my info and account of what I heard, all the info I could possibly give to pinpoint the whereabouts, and stated I didnt know what was going on, but screams for 2 mins warranted a call to notify authorities. Far too often people do not want to get involved. Whether they dont care because it doesnt involve them or they dont want to be bothered. Please dont be like that. It turned out to be a estranged husband confronting a wife and her friend. The final outcome couldve possibly been very disastrous, but police located the house and intervened. If you want someone to step up in your time of need, be the person willing to step up for someone as well. You never know when you may need a stranger on your side.
