Folks, due to my general unwillingess to upgrade to something newer, more comfortable, and with more doors I find myself looking for thinner, lighter, and better-bolstered front seat options for my Volvo 242. Would prefer blue/black upholstery to match the interior (as much as possible, back seat upholstery is a very nice tweed) and keep budget for the seats at under $900 for the pair. Can be used OEM or new/babied aftermarket. Currently looking at Corbeau GTS II in microsuede on my high end or Sparco R100s on my lower end of the budget. I also see that Subaru STI front seats could potentially fit the bill if I can find some in blue with flip forward back rests. What say you?
